Ok, i am going on omni for about 3 months and will document as much as I can with as much detail as I can. I will be taking 5 caps twice a day. Once when I wake up, and one Post workout. I will be starting this May 25th. I just got over a BAD stomache virius and lost about 8lbs in 3 days, so this week im gonna try and eat and lift hard to get my strength back up to normal before i start OMNI.

Stats:

25 yo
195lbs
5'10
15% bf

Bench: 315 X 6
Deadlift: 350 X 6
Squat: 315 X 6
5k run: 19:24

Did AAS a few times, but have been clean of any and everything for over 2 years!
Im looking to cut up and still keep my strength, im hoping to get down to 8%

Other Supps:
Multi vitamin
L-carnitite
Glucosamine
BCAA
Glutamine
Injectable B12
and possibly a OTC fat burner (but that wont be till month 2)

Diet:

Meal 1
4 Egg whites
1 Banana
2 Pieces whole wheat toast

Meal 2
2 Pieces of whole wheat toast
Yogurt
Deli Turkey
Provolone chese
2 Oranges

Meal 3
1 Large whole wheat tortilla
3oz ground turkey
lil bit of fat free cheddar cheese
Homemade no salt salsa

Meal 4
1 cup Cottage chese
3 cups cantalope

Meal 5
Protein Shake with soy milk and a banana

Meal 6
Yogurt
Brown Rice
Canned Tuna
Juice
.5 cups Green beans

Protein: 205.9
Carbs: 478.4
Fat: 60.49
Calories: 3213


Below is just one picture, it isnt the best quality nor is it a full shots, but its all i could do for now. I will get someone to take some better pics of me when i get a chance. Please critique and make comments on what i may need improvments on.

dont see a pic. so i take it your cutting. is meal 5 ur pwo shake? how many days a week r u training and doing cardio?

Yeah its my PWO shake. And the pic wont attach idk why.

as far as my work outs, its a 5 day split with 1 day of rest and doing cardio 3X a week, alternating distance, swimming, and outdoor bike... kinda like a triathlon training.

ok if thats ur pwo shake id take out the peanut butter( u dont want any fat at this time) and add a fast carb such as dextrose white breat bannana etc

ok, ill throw a banana in there in stead...ill edit that

Can you guys see the pic? its on a link at the bottom? i couldnt attach it right on the thread for soem reason, i have more pics and that may be the only way i can put them up here, so i just wanna make sure its visable.

DAY 1

Stats: 190lbs, 14% bf.... lost a good amount fo weight a week ago due to being VERY sick, havent been able to get it back, also been very tired lately.

I took 5 pills at lunch, then 5 pills pre workout at around 7ish

I dont know if it was the OMNI or just the excitment of seeing what it was all about, but I def felt amped to go to the gym! Had a good enegy burst all day, and was just counting down the minutes before workout time. Today was chest day, since being sick I have def not had a good workout. But today for some reason I had enough in the tank and was able to lift MUCH more than the previous week, but still not where i was before i got sick. Im not sure if it was all psychosomatic or if it was the OMNI, but i def had a great work out. AND i still had enough energy to run after my lifts, and even went a lil longer than norm.

Very excited to see what is next with this OMNI stuff, very excited.

Day 2

Kinda had an all day feeling of enjoyment. It was wierd, once again idk if its the OMNI or just a placebo effect, but im def liking it and cant wait to hit the gym!. My appetite is def growing a lil i noticed, but im sticking to my diet very well.

Workout: I did back today, did more pull ups than i nomrllay do and pushed out a few more reps on bentover barbell rows at 225. Was gonna do deads today, but was pressed for time, so i did some good mornings instead. They felt good with some good pumps. Abs are still VERy sore from yest workout, and i dondt even do that much. Decided to run a lil bit this evening (post workout) but it started to rain, so i had to cut it short. But when i got home and changed, i saw my back in the mirror, and it was pretty swole. def loved that!

All in all, it was a good workout/day. Im really excited in seeing how this week will turn out... and of course the following weeks as well.

Day 3

Workout: Did shoulders and legs today. I love working shoulders! def my fav body part to lift. After some heavy DB shoulder presses, my delts were huge! Did some super/strip sets with lateral and forward raises and my delts were screamin. As for legs, hamstrings were a lil tight, but thats norm, too me a while to get fully warmed up on the leg press, but once i did, it felt good and stong. Then did some luinges in between sets to burn them out. Im not doing heavy legs, just alot of reps/sets and riding the stationary bike or outdoor biking.

Day 4:

Weight is still the same, bf wont check till maybe tom or early next week.

I def think that this good feeling of well being is from the omni. I feel energized all day long, but not like jittery energy, it seems 100% natural energy, im loving it!

Workout: Bis, Tris and forearms... I couldnt do my usual bi routine today bc i went to the gym durring peak hours and it was packed! But i still had a great bi day, tris felt real good. Third set on the first exercise they were puped up pretty good. But nothing to date compars to my forearm pump today! nothing! man, my forarms were huge when i was wokring them out, and they keep getting fuller even afterward. No joke, i almost fell off the treadmill bc i feelinng up my forarms and how puped they were. And right now, its about 4 hours after i left the gym and my forearms are still swole, and im def more vascualr in them as well. Another thing to add, i feel as if i have more cadiovascular endurance too. Cant tell if its placebo or what, but even afetr my workouts i seem to be able to run alot longer without fatigue. Ross, is this common? or even supposed to happen?

Tom is chest again, and imlready excited! Im gonna do the 225 test and see how much I improve by the end of this "cycle" or what ever you wanna call it.

Ok, been away from the comp for a few days but here is another update.

Day 5: crazy day at work, eneding up stayin in the city longer than i thought and couldnt work out, but still took my 10 omni pills.

Day 6: Felt tired for the first time all week, but was prob bc of the LONG day I had on fri. But still managed to make it to teh gym for a SOLID chest workout. Satretd with incline BB presses, and even tired i was able to push it more than i had the last time i did incline first. Then went to DB flat bench, stayed at my normal weight but repped it out a good 4 times more than normal. My chest was so pumped up, i had to modify my fly angle bc my chest/delts were so swole they were hard to move. Im just at the end of week one, and the pumps feel as if im ON.

Day 7: ran in the morinig bc i had a grad party to attend to all day. (so diet was throw a lil out the window) but thats why i ran a 5k before i went. I do have to say the most impressive thing ive noticed is cardiac endurance is up, wasnt really expecting that. I feel i can run longer/faster.
