I have a request! I love Tuna fish but I always eat it as a sandwich or in a salad. What other quick, tasty meals can be made from Tuna Fish? Thanks man!

Tuna Patties
Let’s face it we are all looking for new ways to down tuna. Wheat germ is so healthy and so is tuna, can't go wrong with these quick and easy patties. They even taste good cold so you can down them when you’re pressed for time and need a fast lunch.
Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 egg white, beaten
3/4 cup wheat germ
3 green onions, minced
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce/ low sodium
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce low sodium
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix tuna, egg white, wheat germ, green onions, and garlic. Blend soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ketchup, sesame oil, and pepper into the mixture. Form the mixture into about 6 patties approximately 1 inch thick. Lightly sprinkle each patty on all sides with cornmeal.
2. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Fry each patty about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Tip* add more wheat germ if patties seem too soggy. Watch them closely they will burn fast.

I think it was a recipe I found some where but I changed it up a lot. I would use low sodium soy and teriyaki sauce. Yes it taste pretty good though.

Oh ok. Same thing goes for all the other recipes you posted? Theyre not yours? I thought you were uploading stuff from your cookbook.

Do you eat just the whites or the whole egg. 10 egg whites with 2-3 whole eggs is a lot easer to east then 8 whole eggs.
Lets see things you can do with eggs or egg whites. That will make them taste good and easy to eat.
omelet
quish
spinach benny. You could make that with your muffin.
I will post up some recipes for all of them.

Low carb breakfast burrito
INGREDIENTS:
8 eggs beaten
4 whole wheat tortillas
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
3 green onions chopped
1 4oz can on green chiles. Drained and chopped
1 small tomato diced
2 Tbs cilantro
1 Tbs canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Place tortillas between two damp paper towels and microwave for 20 seconds. This makes them softer and easier to roll. In a medium skillet on medium heat, heat the canola oil. Add onions, chiles, tomato, salt and pepper and sauté for 3 minutes. Add beaten eggs to mixture in the skillet and continue to stir and cook until eggs are fully set. Divide eggs mixture among the tortillas top mixture with a generous pich of cilantro and 2 tablespoons cheese per burrito. Roll up tortilla and microwave an additional 30 seconds. Top warm burritos with any remaining cheese

hey brutha...sorry been MIA for a few days...things going on...I eat whites with 1 whole egg, but can accomidate any amount if needed in a recipe. I'm not a quiche fan, however the recipe sounds good and will be awesome for anyone who likes it for sure. The breakfast burrito sounds muy bueno! I'll hit that one up this weekend!
Any ideas for quick recipes, i.e. all those eggs in the morning, anything in particular you like to put in them to spice them up a bit, change up the flavor, etc.

Well I like to make a big omelet. Stuff it with cottage cheese diced tomatoes,a few fresh basil leaves, and some pepper.
